Home economist, educator. The Collection records her activities as director of Home Economics at the Pennsylvania State College, administrator, and member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association, the Committee on Thrift for Pennsylvania, the American Home Economics Association, and the Pennsylvania Home Economics Association. The collection is composed of correspondence, agendas, minutes, programs, bulletins and invitations. Chief correspondent is Anna Green, Pennsylvania Department of Public Instruction. Ms. Chace served as President of the Pennsylvania Home Economics Association in 1930.
